FundStat as a mobile app

FundStat works as a Progressive Web App, so you can add it to your phone home screen and open it in a focused app-like window.

What is a PWA?

A Progressive Web App is a website with app-like behavior. It stays updated from the web, opens from your home screen, and uses the same secure FundStat account as the browser version.

No app store download needed

You add FundStat from your browser menu. The icon appears on your home screen, but your data, subscription, and sign-in stay connected to FundStat on the web.

Add FundStat to your home screen

The exact label depends on your browser and system version. If you do not see the option, open FundStat in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and try again.

iOS

Use Safari for the most reliable Add to Home Screen option.

Open FundStat in Safari and sign in.
Tap the browser menu and Share, on the bottom menu choose Add to Home Screen.
At the bottom of the menu choose Add.
No changes needed - just tap Add.

Android

Chrome usually shows an install prompt or an option in the browser menu.

Open FundStat in Chrome and sign in.
Tap the browser menu.
Choose Add to Home screen and choose install.
Confirm the prompt to place FundStat on your home screen.

How it works

The home screen icon opens the same FundStat web app in a cleaner mobile experience. It is not a separate native application.

Standalone window

When launched from the home screen, FundStat opens without the normal browser address bar on supported devices.

Same account

You use the same login, plan, portfolios, wallets, and imported data as in the browser.

Limited offline behavior

The app does not work in offline mode. It requires an internet connection to work.

Automatic updates

New FundStat releases arrive through the website, so the home screen app updates without an app store install.
