Stock and ETF tracker in FundStat – what you can check

The asset page answers how much you really made on a specific stock or ETF and whether you timed your buys and sells well.

Buys and sells on the price chart

Every trade shows up on the chart as a buy or sell point, and the cost basis line shows how the average price of your position changed. Hover a point to see the date, units, trade value, exchange rate and account.

The position result, broken down

Buys, sells, dividends, interest, fees and taxes collected in one summary. You see the realised gain on units you sold separately from the unrealised gain on what you still hold.

The exchange rate on every trade

Trades in dollars, euros or pounds are converted to your portfolio currency at the rate imported from your broker or at the closing rate on the trade date. That way you see how much the exchange rate added to your result or took away from it.

Price and MWR return

Switch the chart between the instrument price and the MWR return on your position. MWR accounts for the dates and amounts of your buys, so it shows the return on the money you actually invested.

All accounts or just one

Buying the same stock with several brokers? FundStat combines trades from XTB, mBank, Interactive Brokers and your other accounts into one history. Use the view switcher to see the result of the whole position or of a single account or portfolio.

How to track stocks in your portfolio – 3 steps

  1. 1

    Import your transaction history

Upload a file from your broker or add trades by hand. Transaction import assigns every buy, sell and dividend to the right instrument.

  2. 2

    Open the asset

Click a position on the dashboard or search for a stock or ETF by name, ticker or ISIN. Pick a period – from one week to 10 years – and the chart overlays.

  3. 3

    Judge your decisions and result

Compare your buy points with the cost basis and check the total result after fees and taxes. You’ll find the result of each sale in the closed positions analysis.
